Service terms

1. Agreement
These terms govern a studio’s use of EasyImage. By creating an account or using the service, the account holder confirms authority to act for the studio and agrees to these terms and the privacy notice.
2. Studio accounts
Studios must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, assign individual team roles instead of sharing passwords, and promptly remove access that is no longer required. The studio Owner is responsible for account-level decisions.
3. Permitted use
EasyImage may be used for lawful photography-gallery, client-selection and related studio workflows. A studio must not upload unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, probe or disrupt the service, bypass quotas or access controls, or use EasyImage to distribute malware or abusive content.
4. Studio content and client permissions
The studio retains its rights in uploaded content and grants Maxar Media Pvt. Ltd. the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and deliver that content through EasyImage. The studio is responsible for having the permissions and notices needed for photographs and client information it places in the service.
5. Trial, plans and GST
The standard trial lasts 30 days and currently includes 2 galleries, up to 1,500 previews per gallery and a 5 GiB storage limit. Paid-plan prices are stated before GST unless the checkout says otherwise. Plan capacity and access may be restricted when a trial or paid period ends, a payment is overdue, or a quota is exceeded.
6. Billing and cancellation
The billing cycle and total payable amount are shown before payment. Studios may request cancellation before the next renewal. Amounts already paid cover the selected service period and are not automatically refundable, except where required by law or where Maxar Media Pvt. Ltd. confirms a service-credit or refund in writing.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to operate EasyImage reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, provider failures or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service. We may improve or change features while preserving paid entitlements in a commercially reasonable way.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended to protect the service, enforce these terms, address non-payment or comply with legal obligations. On termination or expiry, the studio should export needed information promptly. Recovery and backup controls may delay permanent deletion.
9. Warranty and liability
EasyImage is supplied on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Studios remain responsible for their original photographs, local RAW archive and independent business records. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
