Does EasyImage upload my RAW files?
No. Your studio exports JPEG previews. Browser-side compression prepares those previews while the RAW originals remain local.
Can a client download every photograph?
EasyImage is designed for controlled viewing and selection. Studio access, client sessions and gallery state are separate controls.
What happens if I archive or delete a gallery?
Archive makes it read-only. Trash is recoverable and does not immediately erase the gallery or its selection history.
Can my team use separate accounts?
Yes. Assign Owner, Admin, Staff or Viewer access rather than sharing one studio password.
Can I buy only the Windows Companion app?
Yes. Companion Unit Edition costs ₹1,200 one time and provides local RAW Collector, duplicate detection and Similarity Review without an EasyImage Cloud subscription. If you plan to use EasyImage Cloud, choose Legacy Edition instead; it is included with the Cloud package.
Are GST and payment processing included?
Published plan prices are before GST. The checkout will show the final tax and payment amount before confirmation.
