Privacy notice

1. Scope
This notice explains how EasyImage handles information when a photography studio creates an account, operates private galleries, invites team members or collects a client’s gallery selection.
2. Information we handle
We may handle the account holder’s photographer or contact name, studio name, verified sign-in email and phone number; team membership and roles; gallery names, settings and JPEG previews; client-provided name and phone details; submitted selections; installer-access records; security, access and audit records; storage usage; and subscription or payment evidence.
3. How information is used
Required account contact information is used to authenticate and support customers, provide activation and essential service communications, control software downloads, deliver private galleries, preserve submitted selections, operate storage and recovery controls, prevent abuse, administer plans and payments, and maintain service security. Product news and promotional communication by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email is optional and used only when the account holder separately chooses it.
4. Studio responsibility
The photography studio decides which client photographs and contact details enter EasyImage. Studios must have an appropriate basis for collecting and sharing that material, give their clients any notices required for the studio’s work, and remove access when it is no longer needed.
5. Storage and retention
EasyImage is designed for JPEG previews; original RAW files should remain with the studio. Gallery Archive and Trash states are recoverable and therefore do not immediately erase stored material. Security, billing and audit evidence may be retained longer where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations.
6. Service providers
We use infrastructure, authentication, storage, backup, communications and payment providers to operate EasyImage. They receive only the information needed to perform those services and are subject to their own security and contractual controls.
7. Security
Controls include private storage, signed and time-limited access, role separation, expiring client sessions, recoverable gallery lifecycle, quota enforcement, audit evidence and protected backup workflows. No internet service can promise absolute security.
8. Requests and contact
Account holders may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by writing to privacy@easyimage.in. Client requests about photographs should normally be directed first to the photography studio that created the gallery.
9. Changes
We may update this notice as the product or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
